Close brokered deals with your commission built in.
Rbcpay Broker lets you facilitate a transaction between a buyer and a seller while your commission is held, calculated and released automatically as part of the same secure transaction.
Your commission is protected
Your fee is agreed up front and held alongside the transaction funds. You do not have to chase either party for payment after the deal closes.
Both sides see the same terms
Buyer and seller both accept the transaction terms, including your commission, before any money moves.
You stay in control of the deal
You initiate the transaction, set the terms and manage the process from agreement through to release of funds.
How a brokered transaction works
1. You set the terms
You create the transaction with the price, delivery terms and your commission.
2. Buyer pays Rbcpay
The buyer submits the full amount, including your commission, to Rbcpay.
3. Seller delivers
The seller transfers the asset or completes the service under the agreed terms.
4. Buyer approves
The buyer inspects and confirms within the agreed inspection period.
5. Everyone is paid
Rbcpay releases the sale price to the seller and your commission to you, in the same step.
Who uses Rbcpay Broker
Domain brokers
Broker domain and website sales with the transfer verified before any funds are released.
Vehicle and aircraft brokers
Handle high-value vehicle sales including titles, liens and shipping documentation.
Art and collectibles dealers
Broker sales where authenticity and condition need to be confirmed before payment.
Business and asset brokers

Broker deals between parties in different countries
Cross-border brokered deals normally mean two parties who cannot verify each other and a broker caught in the middle. Rbcpay removes that problem by holding the funds neutrally for both sides.
- Neutral holding of funds for both parties
- Agreed terms documented before payment
- Commission released with the sale price
Use milestones for staged or complex deals
For deals that complete in stages, you can structure the transaction into milestones so that funds and commission release progressively as each stage is approved.
- Split large deals into approved stages
- Reduce risk on long-running transactions
- Keep both parties committed throughout
Common questions from brokers
How is my commission calculated?
You set your commission when you create the transaction, either as a fixed amount or as a percentage of the sale price. Both parties see and accept it before paying.
Do I need permission from both parties?
Yes. Both the buyer and the seller must accept the transaction terms, including your commission, before the transaction proceeds.
When do I receive my commission?
Your commission is released at the same time the seller is paid, which is immediately after the buyer approves.
Can I broker a transaction where I am also the seller?
In that case you would use a standard seller transaction rather than a brokered one. Contact support if your arrangement does not fit either model.
